Manage your organization information and billing information here.

Getting Here

This setting is accessible by Organization Admin, Billing Admin and User Admin!
This setting can be accessed from the Organization Settings navigation menu under the menu item, General.
From this setting, you can:

Editing Organization Information

The organization information can only be edited by Organization Admin. Billing Admin and User Admin can only view organization information.
Step 1: Navigate to Organization Settings Press on General from the side navigation menu
Step 2: Press Edit At the top right corner of the Organization Information section, press Edit. The fields will be editable
Step 3: Make necessary changes You can make changes to the following information
    Organization Name
    Website
Bear in mind that this information is used for internal reference only.

Editing Billing Information

Billing information is used for the following purposes:
    1.
    When the platform fails to receive payment or there is an issue with the attached payment details, the platform will notify the billing contact to resolve.
    2.
    Billing information is used to generate the payment invoices for the subscription.
Step 1: Navigate to Organization Settings Press General from the side navigation menu
Step 2: Press Edit At the top right corner of the Billing Information section, press Edit. The fields will be editable
Step 3: Make necessary changes You can make changes to the following information:
    Legal Company Name
    Billing Email
    Billing Address

If you require an invoice to include certain information, please update the billing information accordingly.
The billing information can only be edited by Organization Admin and Billing Admin. User Admin can only view the billing information.
