Connecting Channels

The platform connects to various communication channels. Channels may be connected by navigating to the Channels Section of the Settings Module.

Channel Connection Dialog

Any channel available to integrate to the platform can be added from the Channel Connection dialog. If you are not sure which channel to connect check out our comparison table below.
